Weekend Group Runs We are expanding our group run offerings. We will always hold a "Meet the Road Runners" run at Rockland Lake on the Third Sunday of every month. That run is particularly good for beginning runners or those new to the club looking for running buddies as there will always be someone there from Club Leadership and we'll make sure no one runs alone , whatever your pace. We will add additional group runs whenever we have a club volunteer to lead one. Typically, those will also be at Rockland Lake at the same time and place, but we may vary that in the future. Make sure you are registered so you get the e-mail notifications which will be sent out on Friday morning so you can plan your weekend.
