Why Drown Initiative - Keeping Everyone Safe in the Water Life Skills For Kids Why Drown Initiative—a water safety initiative that nurtures a love for swimming and water safety knowledge in children who might otherwise may not have the opportunity to learn. Why Drown Initiative offers free swim lessons, water safety instruction, and CPR training to youth in our community.
