In this virtual challenge you take a step for each soldier who died during the World War I. 116,000 soldiers died (65 miles of steps). You do not need to be completed this challenge at one time and can use alternative activities. Once you complete the requirements for the race you will receive a race medal with the World War I Challenge Coin in the middle. Activity type: run, walk, or alternate activity Challenge requirements: • Take a step for each soldier who died in the World War I: 116,000 soldiers died (65 miles of steps) (may also incorporate an alternative activity for all or part of this challenge) • Must post race pictures wearing your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause Alternate activities(Can not double dip): Each steps can be converted to: • Calories burned - 1 calorie equals 10 steps • Fitness classes – a 1hr fitness class equals 5000 steps • Weightlifting – 1 pound lifted equals 1 step • Punches/kicks – 1
