YOU THIRSTY 5K The You Thirsty 5K is a community-driven run created to bring awareness to something simple that many people overlook — drinking water and staying hydrated. Hosted by SUPLMNT, this event blends fitness, culture, music, and wellness into an early-morning outdoor experience designed for runners, families, and the community to come together with one purpose: move your body and hydrate. Along the course, runners will pass hydration stations, educational signage, music, and energy that turns a normal 5K into something bigger than a race. This is not just about about pace.
