Zachary M. Negron Unforgettable 5k/10k Race and Fun Run. – Calhoun, GA 2026

The 3rd annual Zachary M. Negrón Unforgettable Trail Race occurs Sunday, April 12, 2026. This race is a family-friendly event with a competitive edge. Both the 5K and 10K races are timed with a chip for those wanting some competition! This year, we are making it possible for the youngest runners to participate by including them in the day’s festivities with a Fun Run, which will allow those in second grade or younger to run a mile around the Georgia Cumberland Academy track. We run in honor of two causes. The Unforgettable Foundation of Tennessee assists at-risk and grieving families with finances to help them afford a timely and dignified funeral for their children. The Zachary M. Negrón Memorial Scholarship gives scholarships to a select number of students at Georgia-Cumberland Academy who mirror the traits of perseverance and hard work, characteristics Zachary embraced as a student at GCA to accomplish his goals.
