605 Run Crew Track Program A 6-Week Training Experience Designed for Every Runner The 605 Run Crew Track Program is a structured, supportive, and community-focused 6-week training series designed to help runners build confidence, improve speed, learn proper technique, and deepen their enjoyment of the sport. Whether you're new to the track or looking to sharpen your workouts, this program provides the coaching, education, and connection to take your running to the next level. This program is built by the 605 Coaching Team through our Coaching Pillar initiative—emphasizing individualized coaching, group development, purposeful workouts, and ongoing education. We are thrilled to welcome Dynamic Life Physical Therapy to our weekly programming. Each week we will have Trevor Bartlett PT, DPT on site to answer questions and support the program.
