The first annual Wings in Motion is a month-long movement challenge that will be held every September to benefit Angels of Light, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting children and families facing life-threatening illness or whose life has been altered due to an accident or loss of life. This event is open to all ages and all abilities, welcoming everyone to participate in a way that feels right for them. Throughout the month, participants commit to moving their bodies in whatever way brings joy and energy — walking, dancing, stretching, running, yoga, sports, or any activity they love — with a shared goal of completing 400 minutes of movement by the end of September. Every minute moved helps bring comfort, hope, and light to local families navigating unimaginable challenges.
