The LiftHer 5K is an opportunity for the community to support the 48th Delightful® Run for Women presented by Sara Lee® Delightful® Bread. This virtual event will run from May 23rd through May 29th, the day before the Delightful® Run for Women. Athletes can run or walk a 5K over the course of the week, log their results and then volunteer or cheer on May 30th. Participants will receive a LiftHer 5K hat with their registration. The hat may be picked up at the Health and Fitness Expo or on race day. This event supports the SHEro program enabling women and girls who would not have access to the event to participate.
