WHAT: Kettering Health and the Kettering Health Young Professionals (KHYP) invite you to the 15th Annual Spring Into Health 5K Run/Walk, benefiting Good Neighbor House. This 5K is a fundraiser supporting Good Neighbor House, a Dayton-based nonprofit that has served individuals and families for over 30 years. Their mission is to build healthier communities by meeting physical, emotional, and social needs, especially for underserved and uninsured neighbors. Funds raised help support medical, dental, vision, and mental health care, as well as food and basic needs assistance. Register by April 7 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. All race finishers will be entered in a drawing for a door prize! PRE-PACKET PICKUP: Friday, April 17 from 10am - 1pm. Pickup will be outside of Kettering College. RACE-DAY SCHEDULE: Sunday, April 19, 2026 8:00 a.m. - Race day packet pickup & race weekend entry at Kettering College (3737 Southern Ave.) 9:00 a.m. - RACE TIME! 10:15 a.m. - Awards WHERE: Kettering College 3
