WE RUN FOR HER. Join us for the 8th Annual 5K & 10K Run for HER . This family friendly event supports helping women survivors of human trafficking find freedom and leave this world's modern day slavery with hope, safe community, and recovery. The course will be run on the beautiful trails of Norm Schoenthal Island, right along the Yellowstone River on the South side of Billings. We also have an option to run VIRTUALLY, where ever you are located. Run For Her 5k/10K benefits the HER Campaign. Right now, it is estimated that there are over 40 million victims of human trafficking worldwide. Whether it is forced labor or sexual exploitation, traffickers treat people like commodities and transport them throughout the world to be used for profit. In the US, tens of thousands of women are victims of human trafficking each year.
